発達課題のある子どもの教育選択に向けて保護者への適切な情報提供のあり方の検討について、就学前と高校進学の保護者に対してアンケートを実施した。『子どもの教育選択（小学校就学）に向けての保護者への適切な情報提供のあり方の検討』については、広島県尾三地域の主要な児童発達支援センターまたは児童発達支援事業所を通して、通園の保護者に対して、アンケートのリーフレットを配布し、記載のＱＲコードからのグーグルフォームによる59名（91.5％が母親）の回答を得た。88.1％が子どもの就学後に対して不安があり、特に、学習面と先生からの理解が7割を占めた。就学先の選択で重要視している内容は、支援が手厚く、子どもが安全に過ごすことができ、精神面の安定が図れる環境などが多かった。53名に1年後のアンケートの協力の了解が得られた。『子どもの教育選択（高校進学）に向けての保護者への適切な情報提供のあり方の検討』については、県立広島大学保健福祉学部附属診療センターにカルテのある中学3年生の保護者に郵送でアンケートを送付し、記載のＱＲコードからグーグルフォームによる33名（90.9％が母親）の回答を得た。小中学校生活は、満足しているが満足していないを上回っていた。72.7％が子どもの中学卒業後に不安があり、就労の不安や学習意欲の少なさ、ゲーム・ネット依存を心配していた。高校の選択の重視している内容は、では、子どもに合った学習ができると子ども自身が気に入っているなどが多かった。30名に1年後のアンケートの協力の了解が得られた。
