本研究は、入院中のハイリスク妊婦に対する妊娠継続における目標の設定への支援と目標の共有における現状と課題を明らかにし、それをもとに入院中のハイリスク妊婦に対する目標設定への支援の質向上、および妊婦との目標の継続的な共有につながる助産師教育プログラムを作成し、その実施可能性と有効性について検討することを目的とする。本研究における妊娠継続の目標とは、胎児の成長や発達、予後等を考慮した、いつまで妊娠を継続させるのかという妊婦が設定する目標のことである。本研究の質問紙調査により助産師教育プログラムの開発に必要なデータを不足なく得られるよう、研究計画を見直した。令和4年度は、入院中のハイリスク妊婦の目標設定への支援における現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とする質問紙調査に先立ち、プログラム評価 (Rossi et al., 2005) を参考に、助産師教育プログラム草案の作成に取り組んだ。最初に、先行研究をもとに助産師教育プログラムに対するニーズアセスメントを行った。次に、ロジックモデルを用いて、教育プログラム草案の作成に取り組んだ。この教育プログラム草案と文献検討にもとづき、質問紙調査の調査内容を検討した。また、本研究の基礎資料とする研究者の先行研究について、研究成果を本研究のエビデンスとして活用するため、国際学会での発表および看護系学術誌への論文投稿に向けて取り組んだ。25th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars（第25回東アジア看護学研究者フォーラム）においてポスター発表を行った。

This study aims to establish the goal setting, support, goal sharing, status quo, and topic for pregnant women in hospital.
