项目摘要

本年度は2つの調査を実施した。まず全国の看護系大学において公衆衛生看護学概論を主として担当している教員を対象に、昨年度の調査に基づき修正した32項目の尺度項目の内容妥当性の無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施した。分析はDiagnostic Criteria Validityの考え方に基づき行った。その結果、修正した尺度項目は一定の内容妥当性があると判断された。この結果に基づき本調査を実施した。対象は全国の市区町村に所属する保健師である。全国の市区町村を1/4無作為にサンプリングし、該当の市区町村の統括的立場の保健師あてに、新任期・中堅期・管理期に該当する保健師に調査票の配布を依頼した。調査内容は、回答者の属性、整理を行ってきたアドボカシー尺度案項目(5件法リカート尺度)、基準関連妥当性の確認を行うための既存尺度、そして今までアドボカシーの必要性を感じた経験とその対象者について尋ねた。調査期間は2022年12月15日～2023年1月20日までとした。なお、それぞれの調査の実施に当たっては、九州大学医系地区部局・病院観察研究倫理審査委員会の承認を受けて実施した。446通が回収され、回答の欠損が多いもの、アドボカシー尺項目案すべてに回答していないものを除き、432通を有効回答とした。回答者の所属自治体は一般市町村263(60.9%)、中核市71(164％)、性別は女性406(64.0%)、自治体保健師経験年数は、新任期142(32.9%)、中堅前期117(27.1%)、中堅後期91(21.1%)、管理期80(18.5%)、無回答2(0.5％)であった。アドボカシー尺度項目案の回答の分布をみると、天井効果が見られた項目が1項目あった。また、集団・コミュニティへのアドボカシーの必要性を感じた経験は、「ない」162(37.5%)であった。現在、尺度としての分析を行っている。
