项目摘要

健康経営度調査（経済産業省；健康経営優良法人大規模法人部門の認定のための企業等が回答する調査）のデータ分析により、組織における健康文化の指標とアウトカム指標の探索を行った。組織における健康文化指標とアウトカム指標を見出すことはできたが、健康経営の健康文化指標で相関があった項目は多数あり、取り組んでいる企業は多くの項目に取り組んでおり、この項目に取り組んでいればよいという項目があるわけではなかった。一方で、健康文化指標の各取り組みにおいて相関の強い項目を見ると一歩踏み込んだ取り組み内容であることが示唆された。健康経営の効果検証のアウトカム指標の探索において、3年間の変化量も指標としたが認定なし群のほうが改善率が良い傾向があり、アウトカム指標の精査を継続中である。さらに、3年間のコホートデータにより、健康経営の取り組みの変化パターン別にアウトカム指標との関連性を分析することで、健康経営の効果測定に有用な指標を検討していく。組織としての健康経営の取り組みの評価指標を示せることは意義がある。1組織との共同研究が開始となった。今年度で取得可能な健康・医療情報を基に研究データの収集と作成、分析を行った。研究データの整備ができ、健康リスク項目の設定を行い、組織の健康課題の分析ができた。さらに健康文化指標や生産性指標を含めた従業員へのアンケート調査の準備も進み、次年度はコホートデータによる健康経営の効果測定の検証ができる段階となった。
