项目摘要

１．第81回日本公衆衛生学会にてポスター発表2022年10月研究目的は、子ども虐待発生予防・再発防止に欠かせない子育て世代包括支援センター（以下C包括支援センターとする）の機能・役割を明らかにすることである。研究方法は、対象を兵庫県内のC包括支援センターに研究協力を依頼し、同意の得られたC包括支援センター保健師に半構成的面接を実施した。研究期間は2021年3月から同年12月までである。質問項目は、支援対象の把握方法、支援内容、支援プランの策定、従来の母子保健活動を実施している保健センターとの連携や役割分担、C包括支援センターの設置による子育て支援効果などである。分析は、インタビュー内容を逐語録にし、質的記述的に分析した。結果として６自治体のC包括支援センター保健師６名の協力を得た。①支援が必要と思われる対象者の把握方法は、妊娠届、妊婦健診や赤ちゃん訪問、養育支援ネットからであった。②支援内容は、特定妊婦などハイリスクケースには、担当を決めて家庭訪問や電話相談、妊娠期にC包括支援センターが把握し、4か月児健診での要フォロー事例は母子保健に繋ぐ。Zoomによるオンライン相談を生後４か月まで行い、保健センターでの乳幼児健診により地区担当に繋ぐことができ、継続的にケースが支援を受けることができていた。③医療や福祉機関などの他機関や保健センターとの連携についてはスムーズで、役割分担も明確にできていた。④母子健康手帳交付時の情報収集により支援プラン策定している。⑤当該施設の設置による子育て支援の効果としては、妊娠期の早期から出産、産後および子育てまでの切れ目のない支援に繋がっていた。⑥課題としてC包括支援センターの認知度に地域差が認められた。２．次の研究に向けての調査の実施2023年3月に近畿圏内の子育て世代包括支援センター150ヶ所に機能・役割の実態把握のため、調査用紙を送付した。
