项目摘要

2022年度は、介入研究において実施した質問紙調査における自由記述内容、研修会における発言内容、個別面接調査内容、管理職への個別面接調査内容の分析を実施した。研究協力施設周辺での新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大に伴い、研究協力施設および研究対象者の負担を考慮したためメンバーチェッキングの計画実施が遅れ、分析方法の再検討を実施し、それぞれのデータを質的帰納的に分析した。研修会では参加者が研修会参加以前から行っていたアドボカシー実践15項目や研修会参加以降に取り組んでみた実践8項目、研修会以降に意識をするようになった実践4項目について発表され、アドボカシー実践について困っていることやモヤモヤしていることなど9つのテーマについて、共有や意見交換がなされていた。研修群参加者への個別面接調査では、【アドボカシー実践への取り組み】に関して「アドボカシーガイドラインを活用して自分の実践を見直した」「グループワークの意見を参考にアドボカシーを実践し成功した」など5カテゴリー、14サブカテゴリー、21コードから構成された。また【アドボカシー実践の困難さ】に関して「アドボカシーを実践するうえで難しさがある」「グループワークの意見を参考にアドボカシーを実践して失敗した」など4カテゴリー、8サブカテゴリー、12コードから構成された。また、【コロナの影響】として「研究参加への影響」「アドボカシー実践への影響」の2カテゴリー、5サブカテゴリー、8コードが挙げられた。上記の質的データ分析結果を主要アウトカムである認知症高齢者の権利を守る日常生活支援尺度データと共に分析し、アドボカシーガイドラインの効果的な活用方法に関する総合考察を検討した。
