計画された２つのプロジェクトの結果は以下のとおりである。①化学療法を受けているがん患者におけるチアミン欠乏についての横断研究調査の結果、25%程度にチアミン欠乏が確認されている。本研究は現在論文作成中である。来年度に論文発表にまで進めることが出来ると考えられている。がん治療中の患者においてチアミン欠乏の頻度が著しく高いことが判明したので、早急に結果を報告しオンコロジストに対する注意喚起をする予定である。②老人ホーム入所中の高齢者におけるチアミン欠乏についての横断研究調査の結果、5.8%にチアミン欠乏が確認された。いずれの患者においても、ウエルニッケ脳症に特徴的な症状を呈していることは無かった。認知機能が低下している患者では、気が付かないうちにチアミン欠乏に陥っている患者がいることが判明したので、その点に関して注意喚起をしてゆく予定である。本研究の結果は英文誌に掲載された。(Uchida, N., Ishida, M., Sato, I., Yoshioka, A., Takahashi, T., Furuya, D., Ebihara, Y., Ito, H. & Onishi, H. The results of the plan are as follows: 1. Chemotherapy is not accepted in patients, and the results of cross-sectional studies are 25% confirmed. This research is now in the middle of the thesis. The next year's paper will be published in the form of a report. The frequency of patient failure during treatment is high, early identification, early response, reporting, and attention arousal. 2. The results of the cross-sectional study showed that 5.8% of the elderly had high scores and low scores. The symptoms characteristic of the disease are presented in the middle of the day. Cognitive function is low in patients, and the patient is unable to recognize the patient's cognitive function. The results of this study are published in English.
