项目摘要

本研究の目的は、米国にて開発されたサイコロジカル・キャピタル（以下、PsyCap）の日本語版尺度を作成し、作成した日本語版およびオリジナルの英語版PsyCap尺度を用いて日米における質問紙調査および統計的分析を通して、①国際比較可能な日本語版尺度の確立および、②世界で初となる日本人従業員のPsyCapと職場関連要因との関係性の解明を目指すことである。2022年度の目的は、以前より計画していた米国人を対象としたオリジナル英語版を用いた調査を実施し、2018年に収集した日本人データとともに分析を行う研究を予定していた。しかしながら昨年度に引き続き、新型コロナウィルスの影響により、学内における校務等の負担が増大し、見直す予定だった手順等の見直しもできず、また予定していた海外調査もできず、2022年度の収支および研究の進捗に動きはなく、2021年の現状を維持するに留まるに至った。新型コロナウィルスの終息にあたり、2023年度は、これまで予定されていた調査の実施および分析、PsyCapと職場関連要因との関係性の解明においても行う見通しである。
