本研究の目的は遠隔会議を通じたポジティブ感情の共創が心理的資本の醸成に与える影響を明らかにすることである。構成主義に基づく分析によって遠隔的な相互作用を通じた従業員の成長に関する新たな学術的知見を加え経営学の発展に貢献するとともに、増加するテレワークにおける業務パフォーマンスの向上に寄与する。令和４年度は、前年度の成果を基に生体計測を通じてポジティブ感情が共創されるプロセスおよび共創される感情が心理的資本に与える影響を解明するための実験を実施した。実験参加者にウェアラブルデバイスを装着してもらい、インタラクションの中で彼らの心拍数を快・不快を表す感情価へと変換し、その変動を分析した。本実験は二者間の感情変動の同調を分析するものであり、これまでのマーケティング研究および生体計測研究のどちらの分野においても見られなかった革新的なアプローチである。そのため、明確な分析指針が存在していなかった。したがって、本実験では複数の検定手法を比較分析し、感情変動の同調を分析する上で有用であると思われる分析手法を同定した。さらに、分析結果からポジティブ感情の大きさよりもポジティブ感情の同調が生じる頻度の方が心理的資本に効果的であることが示唆された。本研究の結果はサービス学会の全国大会で発表し、さらに結果をとりまとめてサービス研究分野のトップジャーナルであるJournal of Service Researchに投稿し査読を受けている。
