项目摘要

本研究課題の主たる調査方法がグループインタビューだったことから、Covid-19パンデミックの影響で遅れが生じた。パンデミック前後で臨床状況がことなり、データを追加するよりも現在のデータのみのほうが、より良い結果が得られること、研究規模としてもグループインタビューを追加することがなくても、データの分析に結果を得ることができることから方針を転換し、22年度は研究の成果の発表に力を入れた。22年度は特に本研究の主たるデータである、身体疾患を併せ持つ訪問看護師が直面する困難についてのフォーカスグループインタビューを分析し、看護における臨床的課題を明確化する研究主題に取り組んだ。方法としてはフォーカスグループインタビューのデータをテーマ分析を用いて質的に分析し、その際質的分析ソフトNvivoを使用した。成果は東京で2023年3月に開催された26th EAST ASIAN FORUM OF NURSING SCHOLARS (EAFONS) 2023のポスターセッションで発表した。題名：Issues in the practice of home-visit nursing for patients with both mental and physical disorders in Japan.　身体疾患を併せ持つ訪問看護師が直面する課題として、①医療の分断とHNの孤立と抱え込み、②医療への参加を困難にする患者の問題、③当事者のもつ医療への不信感、孤独、の3つが見出された。今後は海外の専門誌への投稿を目指し、取り組んでゆく。また、21年度に学会発表したアンケート調査の自由記載部分の分析を投稿し、学会誌に原著論文として掲載された。今後はアンケートデータ、自由記載データ、グループインタビューデータを統合して考察し、今後の研究課題につなげてゆく。
