项目摘要

本研究は、集中治療室や救命救急センターなどを代表とするクリティカルケア領域に勤務する看護師が、リフレクションの考えを基盤とした、互いに看護実践を支えあう関係がコミュニティとして構築できるようなプログラム開発を実施中である。具体的には、看護実践力向上に向け、リフレクションしあえる関係つくりが現場でできるよう、リフレクション支援者を育成するプログラムの開発を目指している。リフレクション支援者の核となる存在として、本研究では、実地指導者レベルに相当する看護師に着目している。そして、実地指導者レベルに相当するクリティカルケア領域に勤務する看護師が、リフレクション支援者役割を果たせるようになるためのプログラムを、これまで組み立ててきた。なお、本研究の実地指導者レベルとは、新人看護師をプリセプターとして育成に携わるものとした。今年度は、組み立てたプログラムを実際に行い、参加者のプログラム参加内容についてデータ収集した。プログラム内容は、参加者同士が、リフレクション演習をしたり日々の勤務の中でリフレクション支援をしたときの悩みや困難なことを共有しあうグループディスカッションを含めた。結果、互いのかかわり方からヒントを得て、現場でのリフレクションができるような仕組み作りに、今回のプログラムの要素を応用してみたいといった考えをもつものもいた。しかし、2022年度プログラムは、COVID-19禍が関係し、１クール4名ずつ２クールしか実施できなかった。このため、プログラム評価に向けたデータ分析を行うには十分なデータがないため、引き続きデータ収集を重ねる必要がある。
