项目摘要

本研究の目的は、従来のリハビリテーション医療で行われている筋力増強訓練や関節可動域訓練、起居動作訓練など身体機能に焦点を当てたリハビリテーションプログラムを、高齢者の活動・参加を促す事を目的とした新しいリハビリテーションプログラムを開発、普及することである。この研究は、高齢者の日常での活動パターンを客観的に把握し、活動低下をきたす因子を多角的にとらえるための研究（Phase1）、高齢者の活動・参加に対してマイナス因子を解消するための対策とリハビリテーションプログラムを開発する研究（Phase2）、開発したリハビリテーション・プログラムの有用性・有効性について検討する研究及び本プログラム普及（Phase3）の一連の研究課題から成り立っている。今回の研究期間内では、当初Phase2まで行う予定であった。2020年度は、Phase1でエントリーされた対象者60名に対して、①対象者の日常生活活動の調査、②他メモリー加速度計装置付き万歩計・ライフコーダーでの対象者の活動記録、③体力測定を定期的に行う予定であったが、COVID-19感染症の流行による緊急事態宣言・蔓延防止法の施行による不要不急の外出の自粛の影響で期日を延期、時間を短縮し実施したが、対象者の中に中途辞退、実施不可能者が多く、また、再エントリーを募ったが実施まで至らず、調査自体を打ち切り、得られたデータで解析をせざるを得なくなった。また、2021年度は、Phase1のデータ解析を行い一部の結果は学会にて報告した。2022年度は、残りのデータ解析を行い、学会で報告ができ、Phase2のプログラム作製メンバー会議を立ち上げ、プログラムの作製について検討した。今後、プログラムの完成と普及に向けての小冊子化を、COVID-19感染症の流行による院内感染発生などに注意しながら継続する予定である。
