项目摘要

2022年度は、事業期間を延長し、前年度の研究実施状況報告書「今後の研究の推進方策」で言及したとおり、①アンケート調査の実施と回収した調査データを使った分析、②分析結果の学会やセミナーでの報告、③論文とりまとめと査読付学術誌への投稿に取り組むことを当初の予定としていた。しかし、①については、新型コロナウイルス感染症の長期化とその影響による研究計画変更等により、質問項目の設計、実施のタイミング、調査委託会社の選定などの諸点において引き続きの見直しや検討・精査が必要となり、次年度に持ち越して実施せざるを得なくなった。従って本年度は、②と③に加えて、定性的な調査を含めた既存研究のサーベイに注力した。具体的には、継続して行っている都道府県別データを用いた寄付と消費、資産保有、労働供給の関係に関するパネル分析に取り組んだ。当該分析は論文に取りまとめて学術誌に投稿し、現在改訂中である。これと並行して、査読コメントや研究報告等でのコメントなども踏まえ、定性的情報の収集を行った。特に資産保有と寄付の関係は、本研究課題の目的である寄付行動の世代間継承や戦略的ファンドレイジングに関する政策的実務的なインプリケーションを検討するために重要な点である。しかし、個人情報の問題や資産保有者にリーチする上での様々な制約があることから資産情報の詳細な個票レベルでの定量的な実態把握は難しい。そこで、税務統計や集計されたデータなどから把握できる情報を補完するため、研究機関の独自調査やインタビュー等による実態報告、歴史文献なども調べた。本年度も新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、学会やセミナーの多くがオンライン実施となり、参加に係る旅費や参加費等の支出予定がなくなった。また、文献収集やアンケート調査の実施費用の調整を踏まえて、申請当初の研究経費を見直し、執行計画を修正した。
