项目摘要

本研究は，自発性の高い従業員がしばしば日常生活と未分離の認識で行う業務上規定されない活動を自発的非正規行動と定義し，その程度の量的把握と人間関係要因との関係を明らかにすることを目的に掲げている．本年度は，研究代表者が所属する研究室のメンバを対象に以前取得したデータの分析を進めた．具体的には，研究計画にも記載していた（１）自発的非正規行動と個人の仕事のモチベーションおよびパフォーマンスの相関関係の分析，（２）自発的非正規行動とコミュニケーションパターンとの相関関係の分析を実施した．個人の仕事のモチベーションおよびパフォーマンスの関係については，自発的非正規行動と受動的業務行動をすべての被験者のデータを持いて比較した結果，自発的非正規行動を行っている時の方が「5.非常にある」，「5.非常に進んだ」の回答数の割合が高かったものの，平均値には差はみられなかった．（２）については，学生間でのインフォーマルコミュニケーションを行っている時に自発的非正規行動が行われる傾向が見られた．今後は被験者単位で人間関係の特徴と自発的非正規行動の程度集計し分析を行う予定である．コロナ禍前後での従業員行動の変化については，新たなリサーチクエスチョンを設定するには至らなかったが文献調査，事例調査を行った．在宅やサードプレイス，ワーケーションプレイス等のオフィス外での勤務への関心，ジョブ型採用への関心の高まりを背景としたキャリア自律への関心などが示唆されている．
