Mining and explicating instructions for everyday activities ((02) H02)

H02 will provide methods for transforming underspecified textual instructions into procedural action sequences of everyday activities. Two approaches will be applied to form a novel combined methodology for transitioning from the underspecified input to the explicated output. To this end, we adopt and adapt methods for mining information from textual instructions and develop and evaluate an approach that incorporates this information as part of “serious games”.
