项目摘要

2020年度の研究は新型コロナ感染対策により、非対面形式のインタビュー調査の拡大、オンライン研究会の開催と学会発表が中心となった。第7回釧路生命倫理フォーラム（2020年7月）では、RTD『血縁を重視する家族形成における倫理的課題の検討』の企画者及び話題提供者を務め、DC（第三者からの配偶子（精子・卵子）提供）で子を授かった家族の告知ケースを報告した。総合討論では「血縁は重要なのか」、「生殖医療の利用も『権利』に含まれるのか」等の議論を行った。第46回日本保健医療社会学会大会（同年9月）においては、個人発表にてDC児に対する幼少期からの告知の重要性を訴えるとともに、企画RTD『現代社会における生殖の意思決定の多様な在り方―生殖補助医療を利用した家族の実現を通じて―』の企画者を務めた。本RTDには話題提供者に卵子提供を利用した当事者や精子バンクのディレクターも登壇したことから、総合討論では「今後のDCの在り方」を中心に議論が進んだ。本年度はコロナ禍で海外のDCを求める不妊夫婦の渡航規制やドナーのキャンセルが相次ぎ、SNSを利用した個人間精子提供を視野に入れる人が散見されたが、この点については、ドナーのリクルートが目標数より多く実現したため、個人間精子提供の実態やクライアントのニーズの傾向と変化を調査することができた。第32回日本生命倫理学会年次大会（同年12月）の公募シンポジウム『生殖補助医療を利用した多様な家族形成においての倫理的課題の検討－医療者、レシピエント、ドナーの声を通じて－』では企画者と話題提供者を務め、個人の精子ドナーの多くは「出自を知る権利」の重要性を認識した上で、DC児との交流に前向きであることを報告した。また「生殖補助医療の在り方を考える超党派の議員連盟」第6回総会（2021年2月）の話題提供者も担当し、個人間提供が抱える倫理問題についての報告も行った。
