成人先天性心疾患（adult congenital heart disease ; 以下ACHD）患者の患者数は年々増加しているにもかかわらず，就労ならびに就労継続支援は遅れている現状がある．その解決のため，本研究の目的は，ACHD患者の就労とその継続を妨げる原因，関連因子を抽出し，それを基に相互補完型教育を可能とした就労支援モデルを開発することである．そのために，就労とその継続が阻害される原因の解明（研究１），研究１の問題が解決できる本人の視点と多職種・学際的な要素の抽出（研究２），研究２の要素を搭載した雇用者－被雇用者の相互補完型教育を可能とする就労支援モデルの提案（研究３）を目指している．当該年度においては育児休業の取得に伴い研究を中断している．

The number of patients with adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) is increasing every year. The purpose of this study is to extract the causes of ACHD and its related factors, and to explore the possibility of complementary education. Study 1: How to Solve the Problem of the Employers and the Employed: How to Extract the Factors of Multi-job and Inter-academic Education (Study 2): How to Provide the Employers and the Employed with Complementary Education (Study 3) When the year is over, the child's career is taken off and the research is interrupted.
