本年度も昨年度同様に、東京にあるメンタルクリニックにおいて収集した性同一性障害のカウンセリング（面接）場面の会話分析研究を行なった。今回注目したのは、精神科医、臨床心理士によるオピニオン（意見書）のための質問・応答連鎖における、医療者側の患者からの情報提供に対する受け止めの方法であり、その位置でPC（診療記録）への入力が行われる場合と、行われない場合をそれぞれ分析した。その結果、PC入力を行なう行為は、患者から提供された情報の新規性と、GIDに関連する情報を明確に区別する実践であることが示唆された。本結果については、8月に開催された国内の会話分析発表会で暫定的な分析を発表し、有益なコメントをいただくことが出来た。また、本研究は、2023年度6月に開催される、国際会話分析学会でも発表予定である。分析を進めるにあたり、事例集の拡張を行なうため、該当箇所のトランスクリプトの精緻化の作業を進めた。

This year, we conducted a conversation analysis study on the same topic in Tokyo and on the same topic in Tokyo. This paper focuses on the methods of providing information to patients on the side of psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, and analyzes the situation of PC (diagnosis and treatment record). The results, PC entry, behavior, patient input, new nature, GID, and related information are clearly distinguished. The results of this study were published in August, and the results of the preliminary analysis were published in August.
