项目摘要

在外研究(6ヶ月)の機会を活用して国際共同研究に着手した。下記1と2の成果は、すでに国際学会で発表し、2論文が投稿・審査中である。3の成果は、2023年度の国際学会での発表とシンポジウム開催を予定している。1．小児偏頭痛の管理にみる2つのセルフ・コントロールの役割：偏頭痛管理のためのセルフ・マネジメント・テクニックを、症状を悪化させる行動を減じる「Inhibitory control」と、症状を予防（または軽減）する行動を増やす「Initiatory control」に分類し、それぞれの特徴ならびに効果を発揮する適用場面を特定した。その成果は、子どもにも理解し易い情報提供へと活かされ、小児偏頭痛患者のアドヒアランス向上に役立てることが期待できる。2．１型糖尿病の移行プログラムに見るセルフ・コントロールの育成：2000年以降に日米で発表された主要関連論文を展望し、小児期発症の慢性疾患を有する患者が、適切な時期に成人対象の専門診療科へと転科を進め、保護的な医療から自律的な医療にスムースに移行していくためのシステム構築の現状と課題を整理した。移行のプロセスは、まさにセルフ・コントロール育成のプロセスである。介入対象の状態に応じた情報提供と心理教育、適切な行動的介入とフェイディングの実施に関連する情報は、今後の成人対象の介入にも活かされるものである。3．痛みに関わる不安と恐怖のアセスメント：痛みは、セルフ・コントール研究における主要なターゲットの一つであり、その的確な評価へのニーズは高い。痛みに関する不安、恐怖、抑うつ、全般的な否定的感情を評価できる尺度の日本語版（BADP-JP）を開発するとともに、関連他指標を用いた痛みの文化間比較を実施した。
