The aim of this application is to renew the licensing of the database SPIE Digital Library as an Alliance Licence for another three years. This would give all interested research institutions in Germany the opportunity to continually benefit from the advantageous licencing conditions. The database with its large number of conference proceedings is a highly respected source of information in the engineering community.
