研究最終年度は、先の二年間の作業の中で焦点化されてきた「女性」の問題系を中心に考察を進めた。「すべてではない」がゆえに「存在しない」とされる「女性」は、後期ラカンがファルス関数の外として想定したもののひとつである。特にラカンが「女性の享楽」との関連を指摘する、プレエディプス期における母娘の間の「惨禍（ravage）」に関して、その内実を探るべく検討を重ねた。というのもラカンは、その重要性を指摘しながらも、それについて詳細に展開することはなかったからだ。手順としてはまず、ラカンの女性についての議論に先鞭をつけたとも言われるフランソワーズ・ドルトの「女性のセクシュアリティ」に関する講演から、母娘間で取り交わされる非言語的なものを含むやりとりが母息子間で取り交わされるものと構造的に異なることを確認し、次に、マルグリット・デュラスの小説および実人生に生涯影を落としたと言える狂気の母との惨禍の道程を、この作家における「書くこと」と並行させながらみていった。さらに、ある成人女性の事例の分析からは、そうした惨禍の舞台が、個としてのアイデンティティが可能になる手前の、最もひそやかな沈黙の源泉であることが示された。これらの作業を通して、女性事例から得られる知見をもとにこれまでの研究をもう一度見直す必要性と同時に、新たな展開の可能性が見いだされた。こうした課題と展望を踏まえながら、個体化論への折り返し作業については、今後も発展的に継続していく。
