项目摘要

特別研究員の最終年度にあたる本年度は、これまでの研究を論文の形にまとめるとともに、さらなる研究の発展に向け口頭発表を行った。まず論文による研究成果の公刊については、嗣徳帝期（1847～1883）の阮朝財政に関し積み重ねてきた分析の結果を、「財政史よりみた19世紀後半における阮朝統治の再検討」と題する雑誌論文の形にまとめた。この論文は、19世紀を通じた阮朝財政の変容を明らかにするのみならず、財政政策という切り口から従来評価の低かった嗣徳期フエ朝廷の再評価を試みた点でも大きな意義を持つ。つぎに学会・研究会での口頭発表では、11月に東方学会令和元年度秋季学術大会のパネル企画「「長期の18世紀」と海域アジア」に参加、近世ベトナムの徴税請負制度に関する報告を行った（「徴税請負制度からみる「長期の18世紀」ベトナムの経済変容」）。さらに12月には、京都大学東南アジア研究所の国際共同研究拠点プログラムが主催するセミナーにおいて、19世紀末の阮朝と香港に関する報告「19世紀末ベトナム阮朝と「香港公務」」を実施した。阮朝と香港の関係は昨年度より本格的な研究に着手したテーマであるが、今回の報告では過去の口頭発表をブラッシュアップし、阮朝による香港への官船派遣事業の経緯とインパクトについて詳細に論じた。上記の論文執筆・口頭発表の準備にあたり、2019年9月にハノイの国立第一公文書館で阮朝期行政文書の調査を実施した。史料調査においては、現在進行中のテーマにかかわる史料を数多く閲覧・複写できたのみならず、嗣徳期における①穀物流通の動向②米価を含む物価報告のデータ③1870年代に設置された海関の運営実態④フエ朝廷による蒸気船の導入と具体的な運用状況など、新たな研究テーマの開拓にとって重要な史料を入手することができ、実りのある調査となった。

Special Fellow's final year This year's research paper is presented orally The results of the analysis of the financial history of the Yuan Dynasty during the second half of the 19th century are presented in the official journal of the research results of the paper. In November 2011, the Oriental Society held an annual autumn academic conference to discuss the topic of "Long-term 18th Century" and "Sea Area Loss" and to present a report on the characteristics of the tax system ("Long-term 18th Century"). In December, Kyoto University Southeast Asia Research Institute's International Joint Research Center launched a report entitled "Hong Kong Public Service at the End of the 19th Century". A detailed discussion of the relationship between Hong Kong and China was conducted in the past year. In September 2019, the First National Public Library conducted an investigation into administrative documents of Ruan Dynasty. The historical data investigation is now in progress, and the historical data is numerous.
