DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ACADEMIC FRAMEWORK ON PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING THAT CONTRIBUTES TO SOLVING THE CURRENT PUBLIC HEALTH PROBLEMS IN JAPAN

本研究的目的是从国际视野构建日本公共卫生护理的新学术框架。在查阅19篇国外文献的基础上，构建了由公共卫生护理目的、公共卫生护士核心胜任力和公共卫生护士专业胜任力以及胜任力为基础的学科构成的学术框架。与日本现有的公共卫生护士教育相比，关注社会正义和可持续发展，以及领导能力、专业自主性、教育、文化多样性和信息技术技能是新的内容。

The aim of this research is develop a new academic framework on public health nursing in Japan from an international perspective. Following the review of 19 foreign papers, we constructed the academic framework consisted of purpose of public health nursing, core competency and professional competency of public health nurses and competency-based subjects. The focus about social justice and sustainability, and the competency of leadership, professional autonomy, education, cultural diversity, and skill for informational technology are the new contents compared to existing education for public health nurses in Japan.
