Development of evaluation model for community health nursing activities by collaborative action research

摘要本研究旨在透过研究生院与社区卫生机构的合作行动研究，建立气候与文化对社区卫生护理活动的评估模型。该研究表明，每个地区的地方政府都有健康问题的潜在原因，或者根据该地区的气候和文化，不同程度地参与卫生服务。公共卫生护士根据各地区的差异或各群体的特点，为社区居民提供支持。建议了初级保健护士维持和促进社区保健护理活动的方法以及审查这些活动的方向。

The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation model for community health nursing activities depending on climate and culture by collaborative action research between graduate school and community health organizations. The study revealed that each region in the local government had underlying reason for health issues or various level of involvement in health services depending on climate and culture of the region. Public health nurses(PHNs) had provided support to residents in the community according to the deference of each region or characteristics of each aggregate. The methodology for maintenance and facilitation of community health nursing activities by PHNs and the direction in review these activities were suggested.
