The coordination project Z will continue to be the central executive for joint research and collaboration within RUEG, for academic dissemination and collaborations between our group and the broader scientific community, for support of early career researchers and the implementation of gender equality measures, and for public dissemination. In RUEG’s second phase, we will build on our positive experiences from the first phase, further supported by positive results from an internal evaluation which we conducted in RUEG1 after 16 months. In the second phase, coordination will take into account the new project structure of the unit, which will include cross-linguistic projects with PI teams.
