Practice and Efeects of Seamless Support Based on Theme-oriented Community

作为解决当地居民福祉问题的措施之一，我们可以建立一个主题导向的社区，在这里，对特定主题感兴趣的当地人聚集在一起。我们从儿童福利和家庭福利、包容性社会、地震灾区复兴等方面讨论了这种措施的效果。据归纳，儿童和家庭领域的长期和增强身份的方案，对包容领域参与者造成的冲突的积极态度，以及地震灾民和复兴领域青年志愿者之间的交往产生的倡议，都是导致解决办法的原因。为了综合这些结果，我们得到了一个新的假设，即结合激活一个主题导向的共同点和激活多个主题导向的共同点的方法，可以产生高质量的学习和局部任务的解决。

As one of the measures for resolving local problems about residents' wellbeing, we can give a theme-oriented community, where local people interested in a particular theme come together. We discussed the effects of this kind of measure focusing the fields such as chikd and family welfare, inclusive society, and revival of earthquake-stricken district. It was inducated that the programs of long-term and identity-enhancing in the field of child and family, positive attitude toward the conflicts caused by the participants in the field of inclusion, and the initiatives produced by the intercourse between earthqake suffereres and young voluntery workers in the field of revival are to lead to the solutions. To synthersize these results, a new hypothesis is obtained that combining the approaches both activating one theme-oriented comminity and activating several theme-oriented ones could produce quality learning and resolutions of local tasks.
