项目摘要

Ultralsonic butt welding by 27 KHz or 19 KHz vibration frequency systema was studied. Welding specimens used were aluminum, anticorrosive aluminum and copper plates of 6 mm thickness. These welding specimens are successfully joined end to end by these 27 KHz and 19 KHz ultrasonic butt welding equipments< The ultrasonic vibration source used consisted of a radial to longitudinal vibra- tion direction converter with 6 ( 27 KHz ) or 8 ( 19 KHz ) bolt-clamped Langevin type PZT transducers of i7 KHz or 19 KHz vibration frequency. Welding specimens used were cut by a bandsaw and some specimens were finished by a milling machine, and only degreased and cleaned by chlorothene and without further finishing. The weld strength of aluminum specimens obtained is about 100 MPa which was nearly equal to specimen strength, and the strength of anticorrosive aluminum and copper specimens obtained was about 250 MPa which is about anticorrosive aluminum specimen strength. Required power for joining (1) aluminum specimens, (2) aluminum to copper specimens, (3) anticorrosive aluminum specimens, and (4) anticorrosive aluminum to copper specimens of 6 mm thickness were 1 --3 KW/cm^2, 2 -- 4 KW/cm^2, 6 -- 8 KW/cm^2, and 7 -- 9 KW/cm^2.The weldment sections of specimens were tested by a microvickers hardness tester. A slight decrease of hardness adjacent to a welding surface was noted, but no decrease was noted by a 19 KHz welding with adequate welding condition.
研究了27 KHz和19 KHz振动频率系统下的超声波对接焊.所用的焊接试样为6 mm厚的铝板、防腐铝板和铜板。所用的超声振动源由径向到纵向的振动方向转换器组成,其上装有6个(27 KHz)或8个(19 KHz)振动频率为17 KHz或19 KHz的螺栓固定的Langevin型PZT换能器。所用焊接试样用带锯切割,部分试样用铣床精加工,仅用氯丹脱脂和清洗,不作进一步精加工。所获得的铝试件的焊接强度约为100 MPa,与试件强度相当;所获得的防腐铝试件和铜试件的焊接强度约为250 MPa,与防腐铝试件强度相当。将6 mm厚的(1)铝试样、(2)铝与铜试样、(3)防腐铝试样和(4)防腐铝与铜试样接合所需的功率分别为1 - 3 KW/cm^2、2 - 4 KW/cm^2、6 - 8 KW/cm^2,7 ~ 9 KW/cm^2。用显微硬度计对试样的焊件截面进行了硬度测试。注意到焊接表面附近的硬度略有下降,但在适当的焊接条件下,19 KHz焊接没有注意到硬度下降。
