本研究の目的は、学校及び地域におけるRett症候群児（者）とその保護者への支援の現状を明らかにし、Rett症候群児（者）とその保護者を支えるうえで学校や地域が果たすべき役割と実践上の課題を示すことである。令和４年度においては、特別支援学校におけるRett症候群児への指導に関するアンケート調査を実施した。アンケートは、Rett症候群児（以下、「対象児」と記す）に対する指導内容や指導上の工夫・課題を詳らかにすることをねらいとし、担任教員に回答してもらう形で作成した。主な項目は、（１）対象児の実態（感覚面、姿勢・運動面、知的機能面、医療的ケアの有無・内容等）、（２）対象児への指導の実際（目標やねらい、主な取り組みや働きかけの内容、成果・課題）、（３）対象児への指導において工夫した点や困難であると感じた点、（４）家庭や地域の関係機関・関係者との連携（対象児のQOL向上を目指して一緒に取り組んだことの有無・内容等）である。（２）対象児への指導の実際については、①感覚・認知面、③姿勢・運動面、③対人関係・コミュニケーション面の３つの観点に分けてそれぞれ尋ねることとした。調査期間は令和５年２～３月であり、全国の特別支援学校1,171校に対して、最大５名の対象児について回答できるようにアンケートを送付し、情報提供を依頼した。その結果、96名（Rett症候群の診断は受けていないものの症状が似ているという事例を含む）の情報を得ることができた。結果は現在分析中である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the status quo of support for Rett syndrome and its protectors in schools and regions. In 2004, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education conducted a special study on Rett syndrome guidance. Rett syndrome (hereinafter referred to as "Rett syndrome") is a problem that can be solved as a teacher. The main item is opposite,(1) the actual state of the object (Sensory plane, posture, motion plane, functional plane of knowledge, presence or absence of medical treatment, content, etc.),(2) guidance for imaging children (Purpose, main selection, content, achievement, topic),(3) Guidance, time, difficulty, feeling,(4) Family, regional relationship, organization, relationship, connection (QOL, upward direction, selection, content, etc.). (2) The guidance of the image is based on the actual situation,(1) the sensory and cognitive aspects,(3) the posture and movement aspects,(3) the relationship between the person and the person,(4) the relationship between the person and the person,(5) the relationship between the person and the person,(6) the relationship between the person and the person. The investigation period is from February to March of the fifth year. There are 1,171 special support schools in the country. The maximum number of students is 5. The answers are sent to the students. The information is provided according to the requirements. Results: 96 cases of Rett syndrome were diagnosed and reported. The result is now in analysis.
