2021年度から引き続き、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として対面でのがん相談が行われていない現状を踏まえ、臨床で活動するがん看護専門看護師である研究協力者や頭頸部がん治療に携わる医師などと相談しながら、頭頸部がんサバイバーが参加しやすいオンラインツールの検討を継続して行った。当初計画で、看護実践プログラムの有用性の検討を実施する予定であった研究実施施設では、2022年度においても、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策として、従来の対面でのがん相談ではなく、オンライン形式や電話でのがん相談を行っている状況となっていた。2017年度～2020年度の研究課題で作成した看護実践プログラムの枠組みを変えず、オンラインで実施できる看護実践プログラムを作成した。オンライン上で実施するため、対象者の空いた時間に実施することができるアクセスしやすさが高まった。オンラインツール化したことにより、当初計画で考えていた東日本大震災の被災地内にある施設、被災地外の施設の計２施設での実施だけでなく、同時に多くの施設に通う頭頸部がん患者を対象として、看護実践プログラムを実施することができることが可能となった。2023年度は経過観察のため、定期通院している複数施設に通う頭頸部がんサバイバーを対象として、オンラインツール化した看護実践プログラムの有用性の検討を実施する予定である。オンラインツール化したことにより、評価項目は当初計画にある防災意識尺度の変化だけでなく、提供方法に関する評価項目（アクセスのしやすさなど）を追加することを検討している。
