本研究は，感謝感情とそれに付随する負債感情および自己へのゆるしに着目した介入手法の検討に基づく感謝トレーニングの開発を目的としている。実施計画全体の遂行過程において，2022年度は，感謝介入手法の改善につながる知見創出を目的とした1点の研究を実施し，本研究課題につながる事前調査の成果を学会にて発表した。実施した研究について，主要な結果を報告する。感謝介入手法の改善につながる知見として，感謝感情と負債感情の個人内の生起過程に着目した。感謝経験に付随する負債感情への対処を含めた介入手法を検討するにあたり，感謝感情と負債感情が同一場面や規定因において経験されることを，個人内の影響過程から明らかにすることは，介入手法の必要性を主張するうえで意義のある知見となると考えられた。経験サンプリング法を用い，大学生に対して1週間1日4回の感謝経験の報告を求めた。分析の結果，感謝感情の経験の強さは，規定因とされる利益の評価（価値・コスト・誠実性）の影響を受けることが個人内の影響過程において説明された。負債感情の経験の強さは，規定因とされる利益の評価のうちコストから影響を受けることが個人内の影響過程において説明された。負債感情がコストに起因して経験されやすくなることは，社会的交換理論からも妥当な結果であると判断でき，今後の感謝介入手法の改善に関する検討として，負債感情への対処に，向社会的行動の実行を用いることへの支持を得られた。本研究課題に関する成果発表に関する報告をする。2022年度に実施した上記の研究は，2023年度の国内の学会大会にて発表予定である。2022年度に行った成果発表は，本研究課題の採択前に進めていた研究成果を日本心理学会大会のポスター発表で報告した。
