项目摘要

ギャンブル障害 (Gambling Disorder: GD) 患者群及び健常対照群のリクルートを行った。各被験者に対し、心理学的検査、行動経済学を取り入れた行動実験を行った。続いて、大学設置のMRI装置にてT1強調3D画像、拡散テンソル画像、および行動経済学課題を用いた脳機能画像、安静時の脳機能画像を撮影した。データ収集の初期段階ということもあり、直接的な成果はまだ出ていない。しかし、データ収集を加速させるため2023年4月よりギャンブル障害の外来治療プログラムを行える体制を研究代表者の所属する京都大学医学部附属病院において整えている。また、関連する成果としてインドネシア大学と解析支援という形で関わった問題インターネット使用者の安静時脳機能結合を検討した国際共同研究が国際誌に受理されている。他に本研究計画の被験者が十分集まり結果が出た際に、その結果の解釈に影響を与えうる成果も国際誌へと投稿準備中である。これはギャンブル障害患者の予後をADHD併存の有無で比較した臨床研究であり、予測とは異なりADHD併存群の方が良好な予後を示した。また、これまでの研究成果を交えて学会シンポジウムに登壇し講演している。一方で、一般向けのWebを介した講演も行うなどアウトリーチにも尽力した。さらに、これまでの大学病院におけるアディクション研究・臨床・教育の知見を総合して、大学におけるアディクション研究に一石を投じるシンポジウムをアディクション専門の学会にて企画し、そこで出た意見を集約した知見をより幅広い層を対象とした学会にて発表した。
