本研究では，約10年にわたって継続して実施されている職域での歯科健診を含む歯科保健対策への参加状況と歯科外来医療費・医科外来医療費・医科入院医療費を追跡することで，その抑制効果を検証することを目的とする。2022年度は，本研究の研究倫理審査申請書を神奈川歯科大学研究倫理審査委員会に提出し，承認を得た（第867番）。某職域の健康保険組合およびデータセット作成委託事業者と打合せを行い，2014年～2021年の8年間にわたる歯科保健対策への参加状況と歯科外来医療費・医科外来医療費・医科入院医療費のデータセットを作成することになった。また歯の自己チェックや口腔診査時のう蝕歯等の情報が書かれている歯科健診受診票をデータ化し，歯科保健対策への参加状況と照らし合わせるために前倒し支払い請求を申請し，歯科健診受診票のデータ化の費用に充てた。データセット作成委託事業者に2014年～2021年のデータセット作成と歯科健診問診票のデータ化の見積もりを依頼し，某職域の健康保険組合に対象者への本研究の周知とホームページへのオプトアウトをお願いした。オプトアウトの期間を経て，情報提供を希望しなかった従業員のデータを除くデータセットの作成をデータセット作成委託事業者へ依頼した。なお2022年度の職域での歯科健診を含む歯科保健対策は，新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大の影響により事業所における集団歯科健診は見送られ，連携歯科医院で実施される個別歯科健診が実施された。

This study was conducted over a period of approximately 10 years, including the study of dental health care policies, dental external medical expenses, and medical hospital expenses. In FY2022, the Research Ethics Review Committee of Kanagawa Dental University submitted and accepted the application for research ethics review (No. 867). Health care portfolio of a certain field: the creation of a commission industry and the implementation of a dental care policy for the 8 years from 2014 to 2021. The information of dental clinic during dental examination is submitted to the Dental Health Examination Ticket Office, the participation status of dental health policy is submitted to the Dental Health Examination Ticket Office, and the expenses of dental clinic are fully paid. Based on the accumulated experience in the datacenter creation and digitalization of dental health consultation tickets from 2014 to 2021 in the datacenter creation and commissioning industry, it is hoped that the well-known and selected pages of this research will be available to those who are interested in the health insurance portfolio of a certain field. For the duration of the project, the information provided by the project manager is required to be distributed to the project manager. Dental health clinics in the workplace in 2022 include dental health care strategies. However, due to the significant impact of the new coronavirus infection, group dental health clinics have been provided to business offices, and individual dental health clinics have been implemented in conjunction with dental hospitals.
