本研究は、介護事業所の安全文化・組織文化を質問票調査によって可視化し、介護事業所における、介護安全のためのリスクマネジメント、自然災害や感染対策に対応しうるクライシスマネジメント、苦情対応や紛争解決を行うコンフリクトマネジメントのそれぞれ取組との関連とその構造について検証する。また、各事業所の取組内容の分析、利用者の事業所への評価QOL・満足度等との関連や要因構造をも検証することで、職員・組織・利用者の多角的な視点から、介護の質向上に寄与する具体的な取組の解明を目指す。2022年度は介護事業所に対し、大規模調査を実施する予定であったが、依然として新型コロナウイルス感染対策のため、介護事業所の現場の負担の増加は継続しており、また面会の制限なども続いていた。こうした状況下で、当初予定していた介護事業所への大規模調査は困難と判断し、2022年度は以下の取り組みを行った。これまでにプレ調査として実施してきた調査結果の解析をさらに進め、コンフリクトマネジメントに関して、介護事業所における法的紛争や介護事故の経験と組織文化との関連について、解析・検討を進めるほか、利用者のQOLの可視化と組織文化との関連の分析を進めた。また、よりよい調査の実施のために調査票の改訂に向けて、文献収集による先行研究の検討を進めた。2023年度の研究計画では、介護事業所の負担が最大限小さくなるように工夫をしながら、大規模調査の実施へと繋げていきたい。
