项目摘要

①2023年3月末時点で699名の参加者から同意を得て、登録が完了した。共同研究者との調整もあり、頭部MRI所見のデータベース30名に留まっている。現時点のベースラインデータ解析では認知機能検査(MoCA-J)に関して、ALDH2遺伝子の野生型(ALDH2 *1/*1)に対してヘテロ接合体変異型(ALDH2 *1/*2)が有意にスコアが低いことが示された。しかしながら、ホモ接合体変異型(ALDH2 *2/*2)ではスコア低下の傾向が弱まるため、飲酒量やその他の因子での調整が必要であり、引き続き解析を行っていく。②第31回日本脳ドック学会総会で発表「脳ドックと地域住民対象脳健診受診者の属性比較」本研究の脳ドック受診者の自己負担額は平均1万3000円であるが、肥前精神医療センターとの共同研究として受診者の自己負担が無料である地域住民脳健診との受診者背景を比較した。第31回日本脳ドック学会総会で発表を行った。結果として脳ドックコホートは年齢若く、男性が多く、喫煙歴が高く、認知機能検査(MoCA-J)のスコアが高いことが明らかになった。受診者が自らの健康のために費用を負担する脳ドックという健診形態は世界でも珍しく、この結果は各個人の社会経済的背景まで考慮した個別の健康寿命伸長戦略において価値の知見と考える。③登録者の年次アンケート調査では、すでに2名の脳心血管イベント(脳梗塞、脳出血各1名)が確認され、該当疾患に関する受診状況も確認ができた。また3名の死亡(膵癌、脳出血、不明各1名)が報告されている。

① At the end of March 2023, 699 participants agreed and logged in. Co-investigator: 30 patients with brain MRI findings. The analysis of the current status of ALDH2 gene is related to the cognitive function test (MoCA-J), and the wild-type ALDH2 gene (ALDH2 *1/*1) is related to the status of ALDH2 gene (ALDH2 *1/*2). The patient's health expenses are borne by the patient's health care model, and the patient's social background is considered. (3) The age of the registrant was investigated and 2 cardiovascular diseases (1 infarction and 1 hemorrhage) were confirmed. The diagnosis status related to the disease was confirmed. Three deaths (one each from cancer, bleeding and unknown) were reported.
