项目摘要

本研究の目的は、労働者間の「Civility（礼節）」にフォーカスし、労働者間のコミュニケーションの改善と促進を図ることで労働者の心身の健康の改善が期待される介入プログラムであるオンラインCREWの改良と、改良版オンラインCREWが日本の労働者の心の健康に及ぼす効果を準実験的研究で量的に検討し、その上で、阻害・促進要因を職場の特性を考慮に入れた質的研究にて明らかにし、それらを包括的に評価することにより、職場の特性に応じて推奨可能な改良版オンラインCREW の要素を特定することである。本研究は、以下の計画によって行う。令和4年度 1) 改良版オンラインCREW の作成：パイロット版オンラインCREW 実施の阻害・促進要因の特定、パイロット版オンラインCREW に反映させ改良版オンラインCREWを作成、令和5年度　1) 改良版オンラインCREW が労働者の心の健康に与える効果の検討（準実験的研究）、職場の特性を確認するためのツールを、実施職場の特性を反映させて修正、令和6年度1) 改良版オンラインCREWが労働者の心の健康に与える効果を検討（準実験的研究）継続、令和7年度　1) 改良版オンラインCREW実施についての質的調査を含めた包括的評価　:データの解析（量的・質的）2)包括的評価と職場の特性に対応したオンラインCREWの要素を特定　3) 学会発表、原著論文として公表。進捗はやや遅れており、オンラインCREWの介入と改良を行なっている段階である。オンラインCREWの実施について、26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholarsにて、国際学会発表（ポスター）を行った。
