本研究の目的は、イングランドのSchool-centred Initial Teacher Training(以下SCITT)における教員養成教育を通して、実習生が教師としての資質や職能をいかに開発し、どのように成長を遂げていくのかを実証的に検討することである。イングランドのSCITTは、20校以上の協力学校による組織のなかで実習生が約1年間の養成教育を受ける学校ベースの学卒後教員養成ルートである。本研究課題を解明するために、SCITT実習生個人の経験への焦点化、その経験を巡る文脈性、その語りのデータ化や観察などデータのトライアンギュレーションを通して実習生の発達と成長の軌跡を描くライフヒストリー研究のアプローチを参照しながら、実習生による自由で豊かな語りを引き出す非構造化インタビュー法による質的調査を実施した。イングランドの北部・南部にあるSCITTプロバイダーを対象に、2015年9月初旬から2016年6月下旬までのSCITTコースの3タームのうち、秋ターム(12月)及び春ターム(3月)の終盤において実習生へのインタビューと授業観察などを行った。本研究で得られた成果として、コース初期から実習生による教師の実践観察、ティーム・ティーチング、ナショナル・カリキュラム等で要求される重要な科目に焦点化した授業実践という段階的な学校経験のプロセスを経て、実習生各々が自己の成長を認識していること、またそれらの様々な実践と教師のスタンダードとの整合性の確認がその後の成長にインパクトを与えていること、そして実習生と教師間における発達や課題に対する共通認識が実習生各々の成長を促進していることなどを明らかにしている。本研究の成果の一部を国際学会で発表したが、SCITT実習生の職能開発・成長という現象のさらなる検討を重ねて今後もその成果を提示していきたい。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the development and implementation of Teacher development education, teacher Training and teacher qualification functions in the context of SCITT. SCITT is a cooperative school with more than 20 schools. It is an organization that has been training students for about one year. It is a school that has been training post-graduate teachers. This research topic explains how SCITT practices individual focus, context, language, observation, development and growth trajectory, and how SCITT practices research and development. A qualitative investigation of the non-structured approach to learning is carried out. The SCITT website is located in the north and south of the country. From the beginning of September 2015 to the end of June 2016, the SCITT website is located in the third part of the country. The autumn website (December) and the spring website (March) are located in the middle of the country. This study obtained the results of the initial stage of the study, the teacher's practical observation, the teacher's training, the teacher's training, the teacher In addition, the teacher's training and integration are confirmed, and the students and teachers share a common understanding of each other's development. Part of the results of this study were presented by the International Academy of Sciences, and the results of SCITT's functional development, growth and development were discussed in detail.
