◆火災や地震などの災害あるいは校内侵入者などの緊急時に避難をするための訓練は、学校において不可欠である。発達障害児には、一人一人の児童の特徴に配慮した個別的な訓練を行わないと、真に有効な訓練にならない。また、避難訓練では強い情動が喚起されるためマイナスの記憶となって、実際の避難時に適切な行動を阻害してしまうことにもなりかねない。◆そこで、本研究では次の手順で、火災と地震の二つについて、在籍する発達障害児の「個別の避難訓練プログラム」を作成することとした。(1) 学校全体の避難計画と避難訓練計画と、発達障害児の個別的な避難計画と訓練プログラムとの間に整合性を持たせるように、学校内の調整を行った。(2) 実際の避難計画にそって、避難行動の要素と順序から構成される具体的な台本「スクリプト」による避難訓練プログラムを児童個別に作成した。(3) 新奇な事態にパニックを起こしやすい児童には、パニックに配慮した「スクリプト」、聴覚過敏のある児童には、聴覚刺激に配慮した「スクリプト」など、個別的な訓練プログラムを作成した。作成に際しては、SST、ソーシャルストーリーの技法や観察法等を用いた。(4) スクリプトに基づく訓練は、障害児童にはできるだけ視覚化したガイドを作成し、訓練当日だけではなく、事前・事後の指導にも活用した。(5) 月例の避難訓練で、児童の反応と達成度を考慮しながら指導プログラムをリファインした。◆避難訓練プログラムを用いることによって、・活動の見通しをもつ・活動をリアルタイムで確認する・一緒に活動する仲間を意識する等の行動が見られ、児童が安定した気持ちで避難訓練に参加するようになった。◆校内の全教師が、具体的な「スクリプト」を共有することで、個に応じたプログラムを円滑に実施できるようになった。◆作成したプログラムは、学校と関係する放課後等デイサービス施設や発達障害児の託児所にも配布した。◆今後特殊教育学会やLD学会で発表する予定である。
