项目摘要

【目的】薬学6年制での実務実習が開始されて4年が経過した。平成25年に薬学教育モデル・コアカリキュラムが改訂され, 薬学実務実習に関するガイドラインが示された。このガイドラインには, 大学・病院・薬局が連携をはかり, 一貫性を確保しより学習効果の高い実習を行うことが求められている。そこで、大学・薬局・病院における実習連携を目指し連携ツールとしてのポートフォリオの有用性について検討する。【方法】1)平成27年度実務実習終了後に、岡山大学病院にて実務実習を行った実習生45名(岡山大学39名、他大学6名)に対して, 実務実習における学習の一貫性およびポートフォリオの活用に関するアンケート調査を実施した。2)薬学部4年生を対象とし、大学における事前学習からポートフォリオの導入を行った。【成果】1)アンケートを実施した結果、32名より回答を得られた(回収率71%)。ポートフォリオを活用することで、より興味のある分野を実習できる、経験していないことを優先的に実習できるという点について、そう思うと答えた学生が多かった。一方で、病院実習後に薬局実習の順番で実習を行った学生からは、ポートフォリオを見返す機会があった、あるいは、指導薬剤師とポートフォリオの内容について話をする機会があったと回答したのは、数名に限られていた。2)平成27年度の事前学習開始時に、ポートフォリオについて岡山大学薬学部4年生に目的と意義を講義し、ファイルを配布し、事前学習における学習の成果をまとめるように説明した。今後、5年生へのアンケート調査結果から、ボートフォリオファイルを十分に活かすための事前学習で用いたボートフォリオファイルを病院実習で積極的に活用し、実習指導に有効に活かす方法を検討する必要がある。さらに、実務実習終了後に、事前学習から実務実習を通してポートフォリオを使用することによるポートフォリオの効果を検証する予定である。
