【方法】(1)岡山大学病院で実施している薬学部実務実習の中で、治験センターに配属となる1週間で行う実習プログラムを作成した。スケジュールとしては、以下のようになった。1日目:治験全般に関する講義、治験薬管理の現状説明2日目:実施計画書読み込み、略語調査3日目:被験者面接同行4日目:多肢選択式問題、記述式問題5日目:ロールプレイ法によるインフォームド・コンセントの実施この実習内容に、治験を説明するCRCと患者役によるインフォームド・コンセントのロールプレイを導入することにより、治験に関する理解度の向上を図る。(2)上記方法で実施した実務実習に関して、学生や担当した指導薬剤師による評価を行うことで、スケジュールの妥当性の検討を行う。【結果・考察】(1)実習内容の評価平成23年度I、II期の32名の学生に関して、スケジュールに従った実習を行った。学生の自己評価点数に関しては下記の項目に関して前後の点数の推移を確認した。臨床試験等に関する法令・指針等を説明できる(実習前:1.7→後3.8)臨鉢試験(治験)実施のための流れを見学し理解する。(実習前:1.4→後4.0)臨床試験(治験)における薬剤師の役割と業務について見学し理解する。(実習前:1.5→後4.2)臨床研究コーディネーター(CRC)の役割と業務について見学し理解する。(実習前:1.3→後4.2)(2)スケジュールに関する評価実習に関して行ったアンケートにより、学生の治験実習スケジュールに関しては良好であった。今回行った研究により、ロールプレイ法を導入した体験型治験実習プログラムの有用性が確認された。
