项目摘要

研究の目的「いのちを考える」授業の構築と、選択履修した生徒が、生徒自身のテーマを設定して、校内下級生へ向けて一緒に考えるピアサポートの授業展開の研究とその展開意義及び有効性の検証を深めその成果を広く社会全般へ還元し、新たな授業モデルとして普及を図る。研究の方法新たな授業展開のために先行研究と授業教材を精選した。調査対象授業は12月から生徒自身がテーマを深め1学年に出前授業を行うテーマを決定した。横浜市立大学との連携で1月からは大学生・高校3年生のピアサポーターが2年選択生徒の授業に加わり、ファシリテーターの手法・実際のサポートをした。本番の出前授業は、3月15・16日に実施、授業選択した2年生が、1年生の4クラスを7グループに分けシェアリングを行った。「いのちの教育」の有効性の検証ために、授業の事前事後調査を行った。また、ピアサポーターの有効性として、授業支援した大学生と高校3年生に事前事後の質問紙により検証した。1年生には、授業を受けた感想や授業の有効性について調査紙によって回答を得た。研究成果1. いのちの授業の構築について : 複眼的にいのちを考える教材と、多様な学び方を駆使した授業展開モデルを構築でき発表できた。2. ピアサポートの有効性について検証できた。①1年生の授業を受けた生徒の事前事後調査の前後比較により有意な授業の有効性と、同級生や教師よりも先輩がファシリテーターをする有効性が検証できた。②授業選択生徒からは、大学生の授業参加に有意な有益性が検証でき、その具体理由として事前に出前授業の具体的イメージとシミュレーションが行えたことをあげた。出前授業当日は、1年生は重いテーマだが上級生と話ができた満足感と、授業者2年生は達成感が得られたとの感想だった。授業見学した校内の教員からも好評だった。3. 研究成果は日本学校メンタルヘルス学会20回大会でポスター発表と日本いのちの教育学会でも情報提供した。
