今次の調査では、河北省の平泉市から張家口市を経由し、山西省大同市までの約2000km近い行程の中、遼代に機能した州県城址二ヵ所を踏査し、基礎データを収集した。また、中国に於いても正式に調査のなされたことのない舎利塔について調査を進めることができた。更に、各地方研究機関で収蔵されている遼金代の遺物について実際に触れる機会も得られた。また、これらの成果を分析し、その一部を中国人民大学で開催され申請者の招聘された国際学会「中国北方文化とユーラシア古代文明」に於いて「遼河流域の遼代州県城について」と題して報告を行った。まず、河北省の平泉市では、遼代に機能した澤州故城について、東壁、東門址を中心に故城を測位するとともに版築の状況を調査し、続いて移動した隆化県では、北安州故城の同じく位置情報を収集し、西壁を中心に調査を行った。従来、河北省北部一帯の遼代の州県城についての情報は極めて乏しく、わが国では管見の範囲では接し得ない。遼代中京大定府故城を中心とする直径100km前後の外縁には円周状に中京道管轄下の州県城が位置することは知られているが、中京の西南方に位置するこの二城址で得られた情報は、州県と都城との統轄関係を理解する貴重な資料を提供している。次に、宣化県の西南郊に所在する、遼末に建立された八角十三檐の塼塔の調査を行った。調査は八角の基壇部のみの実測に終始したが、同塼塔については、現在に至るまで現地にあっても調査がなされていない。その他、各地方の研究機関に保管されている貴重な遺物に接することができた。ロシア連邦沿海州に所在する金代のシャイガ山城から出土した楽器紋銅鏡と、全く同一の紋様を持つ未発表の楽器紋鏡を豊寧博物館で確認することができたのはその一例である。金代の音楽史の上でも貴重な資料となる本銅鏡についても今後考察し発表する予定である。

昨年、招聘先の中国人民大学で学会発表致しました「遼河流域代城郭的特徴分析」については、本年6月北京で刊行予定の論文集『中国北方考古与欧亜文明』に掲載されることが決定致しております。

去年，我应邀在中国人民大学做了学术会议报告，题目是“辽河流域时期城堡的特征分析”，该报告将发表在论文集《中国古代城堡》中。 《北方考古与欧亚文明》定于今年6月在北京出版。
