1 本研究の目的及び意義これまでの国語教育において取り上げられることが少なかった「相手を支えしながら能動的に受容すること」や「相手の本音や無自覚の部分も引き出すこと」等を中心とした「きく能力」の育成に資する指導方法の開発を行う。その際、具体的な活動方法、ワークシートなども改善を加えながら作成し、実際の授業で活用できる具体的な方法を考案して提出する。対話におけるきく力を高めることは新学習指導要領が提示している「対話的な学び」の実現に資する。また、社会的な環境の変化により醸成が求められている人間関係形成にも応じるものである。2 研究の方法と具体的内容(1) 先行研究の整理対話における「問いかけ」が人間関係形成に果たす機能と意義について、先行研究を整理する。(2) 対話における聞く力の省察方法の開発①前年度の実践におけるデータの分析を基に省察方法を考案②考案した省察方法を試行実施③学習者の発話、省察シート等を分析し、方法に関する問題点の解消④修正した評価方法を対話の学習指導に適宜位置付けて実施3 研究の成果の概要(1) 開発・改善した「聞き手・話し手・観察者による省察交流法」①振り返りカードの項目確認【3分】全体②聞き手と話し手による対話の遂行と観察【4分】③省察シートの記入【15分】個人流れを想起した上で「問いかけ」に焦点を当てその適性を内言の推測・想起をもとに評価④三者(聞き手・話し手・観察者)で具体的な「問いかけ」の効果について省察を交流【15分】⑤学びのまとめ(気付きと次の目標設定)【3分】個人(2) 「聞き手・話し手・観察者による省察交流法」の有用性①対話時間を含めた各過程の時間設定と活動の重点化により授業で活用可能であること②対話直後の印象・主観を重視することによる効率的で実感のある評価方法であること
