项目摘要

○研究目的 : 近年、AROがモニタリング業務を担う必要性が高まっており、本院ではCRCも当該一部業務を兼任している。CRCはGCP等の関連法規及び通知を熟知しているが、モニタリングの経験はなく、業務の教育・評価体制は十分に整っていなかった。そこで、CRC経験を有するアカデミアモニターに対する学習成果基盤型教育(Outcome-based Education)に有用な評価ツールの作成に着手した。○研究方法 : モニター教育の評価ツールとしてルーブリック表(学習到達状況を評価するための評価基準)を独自に作成した。モニタリング活動に必要な各項目の成果(アウトカム)を定義し、アウトカムに対するパフォーマンスを評価するため、4段階の具体的な評価基準を設け、レベル3以上を合格とした。本院で実施する抗悪性腫瘍薬の医師主導治験でのモニタリングにおいて、新人モニター2名が自己評価の後、教員も同ツールを用いて評価を行い、モニターへのフィードバックを行った。このようなダブル評価を定期的に(概ね半年ごと)繰り返し行った。○研究成果 : 評価を重ねるごとに、新人モニター2名のいずれも合格ラインを満たす項目が増加したことから、OJT及び外部研修と併せて定期的にルーブリック評価を行うことで、高パフォーマンスなモニターの育成が可能になると考えられる。また、自己評価と教員評価との間で、評価レベルが異なる項目が認められたことについて、自己評価に加え、教員評価をフィードバックすることにより、自己評価とは異なる視点に気付くことができ、その意義は更に高まると考えられる。本研究におけるルーブリック評価の導入により、モニターの目標設定が明確となり、到達度の可視化が可能となった。今後ルーブリック評価表をより有用な教育・評価ツールとすべく、必要に応じて項目の追加、アウトカムの変更等の改訂を繰り返していく必要がある。
