项目摘要

目的福祉を学ぶ生徒(以下 : 生徒)がiPadを用いて、社会保障等に関する学習動画を作成し、他校の福祉を学ぶ高校生(以下 : 他校生徒)に視聴してもらい、ワークシートやレビューをもらう「ピア・レビュー」を行うという学習のサイクルが「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現にどのような効果があるのかを検証した。実施内容上記の内容に即して平成30年度内に2回実施した。1回目は、他校生徒が少子高齢化を自らの問題として捉え、主体的に考える機会にすることを目的に、スライドとワークシートを作成した。2回目は、他校生徒が年金に対する知識を身につけ、理解を深めることを目的に、スライドと市の年金担当者へのインタビュー動画、ワークシートを作成した。作成した二つの素材は生徒が創作した「授業」として、データを他校教員に送信し、他校教員によって、他校生徒に実施してもらい、他校生徒が記入したワークシートやレビューを送信してもらった。そのワークシートやレビューを用いて生徒はリフレクションを行った。成果「主体的な学び」としては、ピア・レビューを受け取るという活動が、「常に他者を意識する必要がある」という環境を構築し、生徒は他校生徒に発信するという見通しをもって、粘り強く取り組んでいた。「対話的な学び」としては、生徒は他校生徒とのワークシートやレビュー越しの対話を行い、自らの考えを広げ深めていた。また「授業」をつくることで、つながりのある構造化された知識や情報へと変容させていた。「深い学び」としては、福祉の見方・考え方をベースに、生徒自らが、生活に関する事象の当事者として、少子高齢化や年金制度を深刻な問題として捉え、「どのようにして他校生徒が少子高齢化や年金制度を自分自身の問題として受け止め、解決策等を考える機会にできるか」という探究課題を立て、スライド・動画やワークシートを作成し、「授業」を創造するという学びの過程が見られた。
