○ 研究目的:入院中に抗がん剤の注射薬を処方されている患者に対して、薬剤情報提供資料を用いて薬剤師が説明することが、患者・家族・薬学教育にとって有用かどうかを検討することを目的とした。○ 研究方法:抗がん剤の注射薬を処方されている患者に対して薬剤情報提供資料を用いて服薬指導をおこない、以下の点について患者・医療従事者・実習生・新人薬剤師に対しアンケートを行い検討する。1. 患者の理解度・満足度がシステム導入でどのように変化するか。2. 実習生や新人薬剤師の教育に対する有用性。薬剤情報提供文書は、さまざまな化学療法のレジメンに対応して作成する。出力文書には写真や表などを多用し、患者にとって理解しやすいものとする。また効果や副作用などの患者へ提供する情報については、書籍や論文、製薬企業などからの情報をもとに作成し、それについて当該医師や看護師らと十分協議し、情報の吟味と更新を定期的に行うこととする。これら紙媒体での説明に加え、ノート型パーソナルコンピュータを患者のところへ持参し、作成した動画やスライドショーを用いた場合と比較する。○ 研究成果:薬剤情報提供文書(紙媒体)は、白血病4種、悪性リンパ腫4種、多発性骨髄腫3種、大腸がん3種、胃がん1種、食道がん1種、膵がん1種の計17種類のレジメンについて作成することができた。また動画を含んだスライドショーは白血病1種、悪性リンパ腫1種、大腸癌2種の計4種類について作成した。研究期間中、これらの資料を使用して服薬指導を行った患者数は6名であり、また実習隼や新人薬剤師に資料を用いて服薬指導を行う機会を設けることができず、統計的な調査は不可能であった。今年度は資料作成でほとんどの時間を費やしてしまったため、今後はこれらを用いて引き続き有用性の検討を行っていく。
