项目摘要

1.本研究の目的:子どもたちを取り巻く生活環境や社会環境の変化の中で、自律的な意欲や自主性が弱い子どもたちの姿が気になっていた。そこで、本研究ではこうした子どもたちと向き合い、意欲にあふれて十分に遊び、楽しく心地よい園生活を過ごすことに資する教師の指導能力の向上を目指して、専門性向上プログラムの作成とその実践過程を、実践的に明らかにすることであった。2.具体的内容:(1)教員の指導能力発展課題を明らかにしたことである。年度当初、職員会議等の場を利用して、同僚教員や園長たちに対して、現場での実践をすすめていく上で必要な年間計画を議論すると共に、教員としての専門性向上に関する具体的な課題について話し合った。そこから導きだされた大きな課題の一つは子どもたちの遊ぶ能力の質を高めていくことだった。そこで、遊びに焦点を当てて、教師の指導力の向上を図るためのいろいろな試みを計画し、実践していった。(2)具体的な教員研修の実施と成果:上記目的を達成するために、本研究では幼児や私たちにとっても魅力的な、遊びを中心とする子どもの文化活動の分野で活躍されている達人講師を招き、園児達が参加する公演や体験活動、及びその場を利用しての教員の実技研修等の形での研修の場を設定し、多くのことを学んでいった。そこで学んだことや身に付けた技を保育に反映させ、子どもの変化の記録をとっていった。代表的な行事型活動としては、独楽を中心とする伝承遊びの研修(日本独楽博物館藤田館長招聘)、紙芝居の研究(野間ひょうしぎの会主宰野間成之先生)を行った。この会には父母たちの参加も得て、大きな成果があった。他方、教員たちにとっての成果としては、各講師から学んだ内容や方法を保育に取り入れ積極的に保育活動に取り組むようになった。教師自身が遊び指導の大切さをよく理解し、楽しく保育するようになったということで、今まで好きな遊びを見つけられなかった幼児、友達とうまく関われなかった幼児、自分に自信がもてず控え目であった幼児たちに対して、積極的で、適切な指導が見られるようになっていった。こま回しでいえば、例年は正月遊びとしての位置づけでしかなかったものを、特に年長児が担任と一緒に卒園間際まで色々なこま回しの技を身につけようと意欲的に取り組むという姿が見られたことは、大きな成果だったといえる。3.2012年度教育課程への活用以上の過程で獲得した遊び分野での保育内容の広がりと、指導技術の確かさが、子どもを肯定的に育てていくことができるという教師の自覚を大切にし、2012年度本園教育課程へ効果的に入れ込み実践する計画である。
