<研究意図>過年度研究開発した中学校版健康教育プログラムの効果を高めるために、学校組織にある保護者や地域関係者が関わる会議(学校保健委員会、PTA運営委員会、地域健全育成協議会等)を有効に機能させる方策を探る。具体的には、2年前から鋭意関発中である前述の組織を活かした「健康アクションプラン」の効果を評価し、再開発する。このプランを実践したことによる教育効果を、生徒の行動変容やセルフエスティーム(以下、SEと示す)他、ライフスキルの変化を追跡することから検証し、不登校等の現代的な課題に対応するより有効な健康教育の確立を図る。<研究内容>1、非健康度の実態把握と現行「健康アクションプラン」の評価一昨年度昨年度当初に行った「健康習慣・健康態度に関する健康調査」及び「SE・各スキルの形成状況調査」を再度実施した。子どもの変容や健康到達度を比較・分析することによって現行プランの内容や学習効果を検証し、成果と課題を明らかにした。2、不登校・いじめ等の現代的な課題に対応する新たな「健康アクションプラン」(家庭・地域と連携した健康教育プログラム)の開発作成1の結果をもとに「健康アクションプラン」の修正を図った。学校保健委員会を中心に、PTA運営委員会、地域健全育成協議会等、保護者や地域関係者が関与している既存の会を有機的につなぐ構成とし、教育効果の向上を図ることで現代的課題の解決につながるプランを再開発した。3、一健康教育の実践と協働体制の確立新たな「健康アクションプラン」に沿って、家庭・地域と協働体制で健康教育を推進した。養護教諭も保健学習に積極的に参画していくとともに、専門的立場から保護者や関係者に働きかける中心的役割を担った。<研究の成果と今後の課題>1に示した健康調査を1月末に再度実施し、再開発した健康アクションプランを評価した。SEのレベル及び健康に関する望ましい態度や習慣の形成、不登校生徒の減少という点において有意な差が見られ、再開発によって教育効果が高まったことが検証された。本プランの実践によって、保護者や地域の方が学校の教育活動に対してさらに協力的になり、さまざまな生徒をあたたかいまなざしできめこまかに見守る体制が出来上がりつつあることも大きな成果である。家庭・地域と協働する方策をさらに追究し、プランの改善を図りながら継続実践していくことが今後の課題である。
