【研究目的】戦時、旧制高校出身者と海軍兵学校、陸軍士官学校などの軍関係諸学校(以下軍学校と記す)出身者はともにエリートであった。しかし、その意識や学校・軍隊・戦地での待遇、経験は大きく異なっていた。両者の関係は、戦後軍学校から大量の編入者を受け入れることとなった五高に影響を及ぼし、戦後社会において指導者的立場で活躍した卒業生の意識にも一定の影響を与えていると考えた。本研究はこの実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。【研究方法】昭和10・16・18・22・24年の五高卒業生13名に対して聞取り調査を行った。聞取りに際しては、五高進学の決定過程、軍隊入隊後の訓練や戦地での五高出身者と軍学校出身者との関係、戦後の軍学校からの編入生に対する五高内もしくは帝国大学内の反応、就職後の交流の様子などについて項目を立てた。また、聞取りができない卒業生に関しては手記により戦前・戦後の状況を採取した。【研究成果】以下の事実を確認することができた。戦前の五高には査閲事件(平成21年度奨励研究21906028)に代表される軍隊への反感があった。昭和20年、軍学校出身者の五高編入にどう対応するかを話し合う生徒集会が行われた。寮惣代が「受け入れを拒否することは校風『剛毅木訥』に反する」と演説し、生徒たちはこれを受け入れたため、編入に際して混乱はなかった。その後、五高在籍者と軍学校からの編入者の積極的交流はあまりなかった。これは帝国大学においても同様であった。戦後社会においても、出身についてのこだわり、意見の対立、意識の違いについての証言は得られなかった。むしろ、戦争による五高の校風の断絶、戦前と戦後の卒業生の意識の相違についての証言が多く見られた。軍学校からの編入生の影響を明らかにするためには、記録上にあまり残っていない戦後の生徒の動向について、具体的に把握する必要があるという課題を得ることができた。

The previous five-high review event (Heisei 21 annual incentive study 21906028) represented the opposition of the Chinese army. In the 20th year of Showa, the five high schools of military school were organized into two groups. The school spirit is "hard to resist" and the speech is "hard to resist". After the five high school students in the military school, they actively communicate with each other. The Imperial University of China Social background, background, opinion, consciousness, testimony, etc. The school spirit of the five high schools is broken, and the consciousness of the graduates is contrary to the testimony of the five high schools. The military school's organizational impact is clear, and records are available on the movement of students, and specific issues are necessary.
