Digitization of enrollment applications of Universität Hamburg from 1918 to 1935

The project deals with the digitization of inscriptions documents from the first years of Universität Hamburg (1918-1935). Approximately 35.000 application forms from the named period are held by the University Archives as a part of the holding “201c Abt. 3 Studium und Lehre”. They are free of any legal restrictions. With the digital representation of enrollment applications the information provided online by the University Archives will be enhanced with another outstanding and internationally demanded set of archival sources.
