本研究では, 小学校低・中学年段階のゲーム機を通したネット利用調査を実施し, その現状を踏まえた情報モラル研修会を開発することを目的とした. 開発する研修会はこれまでの研究成果である「ルールのつくり方・家庭で指導すべき内容・ゲーム機とスマホとの相違点」といった知見を活かした研修会を基本として開発し実施した. 低・中学年の児童が利用しているゲーム機の利用実態を調査した結果, 次に示すことが明らかとなった. ①自分専用のネット接続端末の所持率 : 低学年で43%, 中学年で65%②ゲーム機を用いた知らない人との交流経験 : 低学年で12%, 中学年で24%, ①②より, すでに小学校低・中学年段階からネットへ接続できる機器を半数程度の児童が所持し, ゲーム機を用いて知らない人ともつながりをもっていることが分かった. これを踏まえて, 科研費の補助を受け購入した複数台のゲーム機を用いた情報モラル研修会を開発し, 実践した. 研修の大きな枠組みは「(1)ネット機器(含ゲーム機)の低中学年の利用実態(2)ゲーム機を用いた実習(A : ブラウザの利用 B : 保護者による利用制限)(3)ネットの利用から考える家庭教育」である. 研修会では, 帰宅後も知識が活用できるよう「利用制限」に関わる資料を準備し, 解説を行った. 研修の結果, 次に示す知見を得ることができた. ①ゲーム機でできることについての知識を深めることができた(事前3.9個→事後5.15個)②ペアレンタルコントロールの仕組み及び内容について理解を深めることができた(事前 : 2.6p→事後3.6p/4pt)③研修後「家庭でインターネットについて話をするか」に対して「強く思う」と保護者全員が回答した. このことから, ネットデビューが小学生であることの周知につながったと考える. 研究成果をもとに, 教職員向けの研修会の開発を行うととともに, 計37回の情報モラル研修会を実施することができた.

This study aims to investigate the status quo of primary and secondary school students 'access to information and training sessions.
